Registration Policies

Deposits

·      In order to reserve a space for any term of classes or workshop, I require a deposit of $50.00 at the time of notifying me of your desire to register. The balance of payment is due at the first class or on the day of the workshop.

 Cancellation Policies

·      Cancellations must be made by phone or email.
If You Cancel a Term of Classes or a Workshop

  • If you cancel a term of classes or a workshop at least seven full days before the start of the term or your workshop, your non-refundable $50.00 deposit, less a $25.00 materials and preparation fee, can be used within one year.

  • If you cancel a term of classes or workshop with less than seven days notice, you forfeit your deposit.

  • If you register late (one week or less before the start of classes or the workshop) and cancel, you are still responsible for the $50.00 deposit.

  • If you prepaid your entire term or workshop, I will retain the $50.00 deposit plus a $25.00 materials and preparation fee and return the balance to you.

If I Cancel a Term of Classes or a Workshop

  • If I cancel a term of classes or a workshop, your $50.00 deposit will be returned to you. If a single class is cancelled, the cost of the class will be refunded to you or can be used for another term of classes or workshop within one year.

Absence Policy

  • If you plan to be away from a class during the term and let me know at the start of the term, the cost of the class will reflect your planned absence. Otherwise, any missed classes will not be refunded.
